Carpet Laying - Graham at Carpets Direct did a great job. 

His price was very reasonable, and he had no complaints about having to deal with the rental agency and a less than helpful tenant. 

The job was done well, and he was flexible to deal with issues outside his control.

Supply and fit carpet to small lounge, stairs, hallway

Would thoroughly recommend Carpets Direct. Graham contacted me within hours of my job going onto the website. He arranged to come round the next day and arrived within the time specified. Within no time at all the carpets were chosen (we were quite specific on colours but he had hundreds of samples in his van available to see!) and the fitting was arranged for within a few days. 

The fitters (both friendly and polite) arrived on time, they were quick, clean and efficient. There was a mix up with one of the carpets and so they had to arrange to return to fit the living room one but came back only two days later to do this. The carpets look great and we are very happy. We will definitely be using them again when we re carpet the upstairs of the house!

Very prompt response and professional. He was on holiday when the carpet was fitted and due to the style of carpet...a thick weave jute sisal, the installer had issues as he was not accustomed to it. Graham took action quickly and had the carpet replaced with a different experienced installer used to the material...no extra charge. Very pleased with the final result.

Carpets for 2.5 bedrooms, landing and stairs

Graham and his team did a great job! The initial quote was competitive and we booked the job in to fit in with our decorating schedule. Graham's team arrived on time and did a great job of installing the carpets! I would definitely recommend Carpets Direct and use them again in the future.
